The bank had attempted to fill this position on several occasions unsuccessfully, so chose to partner with TRANSEARCH due to their broad global reach.
With an agreed brief to focus on the Asia Pacific region, an extensive search was undertaken with the successful candidate being identified in Singapore. The individual had successfully grown the business and commercial banking division of a competing bank, was a native speaker of Mandarin and Cantonese, educated in the USA, had lived in Sydney and was looking to return to Australia.
