At this Roundtable event, we invite the group to explore, share insights, and engage in a deeper discussion about intergenerational leadership. Focusing on Multigenerational Leadership: Leveraging Generational Differences as Strengths, we will examine how leaders can utilise the diverse capabilities of every age group to foster a collaborative environment where all voices are valued.

We will also hear from the Chief People Officers of both Intrepid Travel and CyberCX, as they share insights from their work, providing a unique opportunity to gain fresh perspectives on shaping the next generation of leadership and creating a cohesive, forward-thinking workplace.
