Michelle is an experienced Research Manager having headed up the research function at both Brisbane and Melbourne based executive search firms that are leaders in their markets. She has conducted numerous national and global Board and C level searches across a wide variety of industry sectors. Her search expertise includes, the Health and Human Services, Mining, Engineering, Professional Services, NFP and Construction industries.

Michelle specialises in finding candidates that others miss and has an innate ability to sell a client’s role to candidates that would otherwise be wedded to their existing role. She brings more than 10 years’ experience working in Executive Search to the TRANSEARCH team.
