Brian was originally the CEO of the West Coast Eagles when they joined the AFL, and was recruited to Geelong by Slade Group, where he transformed the organisation (when it was literally on its last legs) by embedding values at the core of decision making.   

In 2022 he moved to the Carlton Football Club, which has seen this club rise almost immediately to the upper echelons of the ladder.

In this insightful session, he will share how leading with integrity and purpose fosters high-performing cultures, builds resilience, and drives sustainable success at the highest levels.
