Join us for an Interactive Luncheon on AI’s Impact Across the HR and People & Culture Landscape
We are pleased to invite you to an exclusive HR Executive Roundtable featuring Andrew Hill, former Deloitte Partner and global leader in HR Transformation, and Filipe Jara, a specialist in AI-enabled workforce transformation.
Following more than two decades leading one of the world’s most influential HR Transformation practices, Andrew is now exploring how AI is reshaping the workplace. He will be joined by Filipe, whose work across PwC, Accenture, BCG and Deloitte has focused on implementing practical AI solutions that enhance human potential, not replace it.
Together, Andrew and Filipe will lead a dynamic discussion on the real-world impact of AI across the HR value chain – from talent attraction and onboarding to performance management and workforce planning. They will also share practical strategies for implementing AI responsibly, assessing organisational readiness, and maintaining the essential human element in a technology driven environment.
This session will provide:
• Real-world insights into AI adoption in HR
• Practical frameworks for identifying opportunities and building AI readiness
• Perspectives on balancing technology transformation with human-centred leadership
• Opportunities to share and hear experiences from other HR and People & Culture Executives
The discussion will be held under Chatham House Rules to foster open and candid conversation.
For those who have not attended one of our Roundtables before, these luncheons offer a relaxed but focused environment where People & Culture Executives and business leaders come together to exchange ideas, broaden perspectives, and discuss the trends shaping the future of work
For those of you who have not yet attended one of our lunches, these events are designed to create an inclusive environment where all attendees can actively participate in the discussion. It’s a valuable opportunity for People & Culture Executives and business leaders to come together, share experiences, gain new perspectives, learn from industry experts, and discuss the latest trends and challenges being faced.
This series is designed to help you connect and engage with your peers. We encourage you to come prepared to share your insights and best practices with the group. You are welcome to attend one or more sessions based on your availability and interest.
A light lunch will be provided, and we look forward to your participation in what promises to be a highly engaging and valuable discussion.
Spaces are limited to maintain an interactive setting.
