Reporting into the Executive Director, People and Culture and as a member of the P&C leadership team this role provides a clear vision and supportive leadership to 3 dedicated HR professionals.  You will have a clear mandate to deliver components of the P&C strategy, providing strategic and operational HR solutions to the organisation – including:

  • HR Strategy & Planning
  • Workforce Planning & Organisation Design
  • Recruitment and workforce attraction
  • Change Management
  • Classification and Remuneration
  • HRIS development
  • Workplace Relations
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Generalist Advice & Support
  • Continuous improvement
  • HR Policy and legislative compliance

The Person
You will have extensive experience as a senior HR Manager in medium to large organisations and contemporary understanding of good/leading practice.
This role requires an engaging and supportive people leader with an ability to inspire, develop and lead a high performing team.  You will possess deep expertise in all HR domain areas and the aptitude to solve complex problems, balancing operational tasks with a commercial and strategic outlook.
Work experience is required within complex unionised blue-collar settings.
Human Resources or relevant post graduate qualifications are required.
